Ticket Office for the Palais idéal du facteur Cheval
The price
Different prices are offered. Proof will be requested upon entry.
Adult from 17 years old: €9.50
Children from 0 to 5 years old: free
Children from 6 to 16 years old: €5.50
Reduced rate: €6.50 (student up to 26 years old, people with disabilities, large adult family card, job seeker).
In order to respect health rules and the number of people within the Palace grounds, each person must present a payment ticket, even free for children under 6 years old.
The price of tickets is all taxes included.
Payment
Payment by credit card is completely secure, all banking data is transferred in encrypted language.
Any validated order makes the sale firm and final. Tickets will not be returned or exchanged.
Collection of tickets
After purchasing tickets, they must be printed instantly or presented at the entrance to the site on a mobile phone.
Entrance tickets must be presented at reception and cannot be used as a cord cutter. They are valid only at the reserved time.
Access to the site
Entrance to the site is accepted upon presentation of the ticket and proof of price. Any exit is final.
Proper attire is required. Picnics or all forms of catering are prohibited within the Palace grounds. Animals are not accepted on the site, with the exception of the assistance dog. Backpacks are not accepted.
The Ideal Palace team may refuse entry to any person who does not respect the visiting rules detailed above even if the ticket is purchased. In which case, no refund will be made.
Cancellation, Refund, Use
Security: Ticket validity is checked upon entry. Tickets are only sold on the official Ideal Palace website.
Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
