Restoration work

From September 29 to November 6, 2026, restoration work will be carried out on the south facade of the Palais Idéal as well as on the top of its east facade.

This work is essential to preserve the monument, ensure its long-term survival, and allow future generations to continue to experience it. Maintaining and restoring the Palais Idéal means caring for an exceptional work of art, built to stand the test of time, while continuing to share it with the public.

Throughout the duration of the project, the Palais Idéal and its museum space will remain open to visitors.
